Has anyone come across Chard in Thailand?

If so, do you know what I should be asking the market for in Pasa Thai?

I have looked for it here also for a few years. Much easier to grow than spinach and tolerates hot weather. Another advantage to chard when you are growing it. You can take a pair of scissors and cut it to within 1" or

2.5 cm's of the earth and it grows back very quickly. Whenever I go to shops that sell vegetable seeds I look for it but so far no luck. Another vegetable I cannot find here is arugula which is great for giving a nice peppery taste to a salad.

Do you mean Swiss Chard?
There are two types, one being the reddish stem (rather bitter) and the light green stem ones.
Do you need the stem of the leaf?
In which part of Thailand do you live (you can PM me)?

There is Swiss Chard available 8-)

Hello All, chard/Swiss chard that I've grown(Korat) is the Ruby Red(rhubarb),

Fordhook Giant(large white stem), a smaller white stem Lucullus, but not have

tried bright lights which comes in a mix of 3 colors usually.
