Saan Posted August 25, 2013 Share Posted August 25, 2013 Great observations, sometimes, and I will one day soon, think when sitting at a table waiting to order and the staff are paying no attention that I should pick up my cell, call the restaurant I'm sitting in and order my meal by phone. Did this a few times in a pub in Sydney where the bar maids would gather at the other end of the bar having a chat while there were thirsty customers. Frank James Posted August 25, 2013 Share Posted August 25, 2013 The Babelonian Restaurant on the second floor above the Night bazaar Street was pretty good, I thought, and not too $$. The service was barely adequate, but I think the bottleneck was the kitchen. Starange since the night I was there, there were maybe three customers. BIG Overhead in that location, one would think.
