Unfortunately it has come to this and there are considerable assets in Thailand I wish to reclaim of which she has manipulated and hidden.

The other dilemma is joint property in Canada that needs to be sold which cannot proceed without her signature. At this time, she refuses to sign anything simply to inconvenience me.

I wish to move on and settle this in Thailand. We were married in Thailand and have no children.

I checked and Canadian courts do recognize a Thai divorce settlement for Canadian property.
