I have the opportunity to rent some space which could be used as a classroom. I have the skills. I have the equipment. I know I can get customers.

I have a retirement visa. Can I run such a service legally? If so how?

Might my Thai partner be able to help me cut through the red tape? If so, what would she have to do?

You will need 2 million in capital, 4 Thai employees and a non-B visa to get a work permit.

Then you are OK to go.

Is it really that easy?
