I stumbled across this Thai Airways Android app. Reviews seem mixed, and not sure how functional it might be. I do not have any bookings, nor am I a ROP member so I cannot verify functionality.

I can report that I do use it and am a ROP member. Its OK if the Thai site itself is up and running, not as functional as some airlines apps but OK.
