working out for 4 years, focus on BB principles (basic main exercises such as bench press/dead-lift/squats/military press etc), and looking for a training partner in particular to spot each other during heavy weight excercises and for motivation during workouts. Age 36, advanced knowledge but a bit out of shape compared to 2 years ago. working out in Lumpini area (Fitness First Platinum), usually Sat & Sun.

deadlifts: 380lbs

bench: 200lbs

squats: 250lbs
