ABCer
The whole story told in a 'matter-of-factly' way. Been to prison, narcotics involved, maybe rape too(?), got out, back to drugs, kidnap and attempted rape of a minor, will go to prison (maybe?), will get out soon, and so on... A normal way of life. A normal course of events. All as a matter of fact... Do not get excited. Sorry, forgot one thing. It is not his fault. Blame the socio-economic-political system here and capitalism He and his friend deserve nothing but compassion, regrets of a great waste of life and sorrow. The little 16 year old trash - she deserved it. By being there. By being young. By not responding to their needs. And she is most likely a pro anyway! Thailand needs to change it's system - just to save these two innocent victims. So could this Kidnapping abduction all just have been a cry for help from the two men involved in this heinous crime . Yes, JW. It was a cry for help and a protest against exploitation of women (pro's). These two guys are actually freedom fighters for all the oppressed people in Thailand. They are for 'Free Love'! In the West they would bring in the Psychiatrists who would quickly find out that their mothers didn't love them, their fathers had abused them, they were actually gay, but confused because of sex change op denied, the substance used was impure and caused side effects, and they were trying to save this innocent young girl from an unhealthy environment, the whole story was a misunderstanding which brings us back to the Rotten Capitalism!!! A loud campaign 'Free Willy' or 'Free Billy' or 'Free Bully' would follow and they would be sent for rehab at your expense.
Thai at Heart
.....so many times the excuse....then it's okay....??? .....needed or wanted something....so had to steal the money..... ....wanted sex..so had to kidnap.....confine...and rape her.........etc.....etc.......etc...... ...so where does this unidimensional rationale end.............didn't like him.....so killed him......??? ....Is this the social norm among Thais ........just make up a reason....an excuse......and it's okay.....????? I know where it ends. My friends do it too.....

LawrenceN
hauled the kidnapped victim on their motorbike?? cheap charlies, don't even own a van for proper kidnappings. and disappeared, 3 on a motorbike, with the victim probably seated in the middle...and nobody could stop this farce? when a farang is involved in some quarreling, local macho men swarm out of nowhere to help punish his insolence. when a 16 years old girl is kidnapped, and in such a clumsy way, they just watch? cowards. They didn't just watch; they were dismayed! They didn't just watch; they weren't just dismayed. Some brave souls followed and found the vehicle and called the cops. Good on them. There were good citizens involved who helped nail the perpetrator.

But being only 16 and working in a bar she must give it to any customer for free. In this case it wasn't even free. She got a free bike ride, remember? Note: some of TV members here are Incredible! SPIKECM
I don't quite get the point here. How would the Thai justice system "blame the socio-economic-political system here and capitalism"? Criminals in Thailand, unless you come from "the connected", face high custodial penalties, far harsher than the West. The reason why crime is not so apparent on the streets of Thailand is precisely because of rough justice. Compassion? Where do you see that? The system is not soft on crime for young criminals, although the rape of a 16 year old karaoke hostess doesn't threaten the lives of the elite as much as the likes of theft. Nothing to do with compassion. The whole story told in a 'matter-of-factly' way. Been to prison, narcotics involved, maybe rape too(?), got out, back to drugs, kidnap and attempted rape of a minor, will go to prison (maybe?), will get out soon, and so on... A normal way of life.
