I want to change my wifi router as the connection drops about 3-4 times a day. The TOT engineer recommended that we switch to a modem/router supplied by TOT. However, we have a mac and a Win 7 pc and I would prefer to use a Airport Extreme. User reviews are very good and it is easy to setup.

Should I go with the TOT hardware?

We are using an Airport Extreme connected via bridged modem to TOT -

Set up Airport to connect to TOT via PPOe

works fine with around 6 macs, bunches of iPhones, iPads, Win PC etc.

Per ledi reply above, pretty much same as I did with my TOT but bridged the TOT modem to my Linksys E3000 w/4 ports + wifi.
