I'm very surprised because I'm not really that smart at all... and Mr Pres has an IQ of 145.

Just because someone has an IQ of 145 doesn't necessarily mean he/she is smart.

Just the ability to achieve a score of 145.

Let's not go into common sense as an indicator.
