Is there any truth to what I hear about naturalized thai citizens buying land. Was told that a naturalized thai citizen has to wait for 10 years before he has the right to buy land.. If so, this means that naturalized citizens are considered "second class" for 10 years.. :o

For the legal experts and people in the know, is there any truth to this?

Have found no evidence that this is the case! In fact I am pretty sure it would be against the New Thai Constitution. The only restriction seems to be military service.
