Dear Readers,

It is with regret to inform you that Sir Talkalot has resigned from his appointment as Poster Laureate at the Virtual Talk Foundation (VTF).

Sir Talkalot, fondly referred to as TL, permanently resigned from all his duties at VTF yesterday. TL of High-Northern descent joined VTF as a regular content provider and rose to the rank of poster laureate. His astute observations about local culture and people were valued many and often contained detailed anthropological description of pedagogical value. His yarn dived some, but was generally referred to as good banter. The breadth of his topics were refreshing without necessarily being conformist; he always exceeded the contributor's expectation of a decent conversation.

VTF kindly provides this thread for positive comments and signs of appreciation.

I fondly remember him/her ... never sure with gender issues ... now I'm not saying he had gender issues, nor speculating like ... I don't think he ever shaved his legs.

Sir Talkalot ... for me, Mr Have-a-Chat.

The question is if he resigned or was forced to resign . Fact is that he just before his " resignation " announced that he would take a step back, and he still get's online.

He wont be back, I do believe he held returning posters in the lowest regard.

He could not possibly lower himself to that level.

It was revealed very early in this thread how big it is, but strange enough that post has disappeared however it wasn't against any forum rule .

I hear that there was a contract out, before reaching the 10k mark he/she had to be stopped.

Seems all are unappreciated and mere mortal.

That's just a rumour, mate. Besides it's really not about that to him.

He is the only one who could reach the 10K. And he wouldthumbsup.gif.
