Unable to Upload a File.

I am attempting to upload an MP4 file. It is less than 100MB. When I use the Basic Uploader, it just freezes. Tried several times.

When I tried the Advanced Uploader, it goes to the very end and then fails with an error message of "Upload Skipped (Error500)". I have reduced the file size and get the same thing. Tried several times and keep getting the same "Upload Skipped (Error500)" error message.

Just a thought ... maybe try the 'basic uploader'.

It's under the choose files button

"Trouble uploading? Try our basic uploader"

Alternatively maybe a 'MP4 file' is an unsupported format?
