how to replace stolen driving licence

My wallet got stolen some days ago, with both my thai driving licences. I have got them about 7 month ago with a validity of 5 years.

Can somebody tell me how to replace the licences? Do have to do the whole process for a new licence again or can they just print out a new one to replace the stolen one? Is a police report and the former (1-year) licence enough for documentation?

1) Get a police report about the theft mentioning the driving licenses

2) Go to the Land Transportation Office with the report and apply for new licenses

3) Receive replacement within reasonable time, about enough for a coffee-break

4) Be happy

At least this would be the procedure in Phuket.
