For those of you that fly regularly i am sure you have some sort of insurance plan that you bought from some company.

Anyway would like to ask how are the insurance plans by these budget airlines you know they will always have that option for you to select them and they sometimes insist that you buy them but i am sure they have countless criteria to fulfill before you even get a payment so any advice on this?
