I have a usa fruct on the house, already sold the land and money is now in the US, she did get what she asked for when the land sold. Soo....what is the best/easiest/quickest way to get divorced in Chiang Mai? Supposedly my name was wrong on the marriage certificate....does that make any difference? Thanks in advance for any info.

Easiest is show up together at any amphur in Thailand with two witnesses and get a divorce in 10 minutes. When signing the divorce agreement yuou can enter any agreement you made regarding things as divission of assets and the custody over child.

The name wrong is a problem, as that is used to identify you as her husband.
