15 is legal with their parent's approval. Other countries have no right to apply their laws here. It's a sovereign country. Next thing you know they will try to prosecute people for visiting gogos. What they are (trying to do) is illegal.

Some nations will prosecute their citizens if they visit a go-go (or any bar/place) and pay for taking one (or more) of the chicks out – and the national police at home of course find out, which may just be a click, reported on-line by someone who see's you...!

That's why you never see men from certain European countries – Sweden for example – doing that...!
