Moving The Ipstar Disc Or Transfer Name Or Reduce Plan?

I may have to move and I currently share the IPSTAR with my neighbor and the price as well. we pay for the 512 download rate.

If I move I will either have to

1. take the disc and have it re-installed.

Has anyone done this? How much did you pay? I payed a staggering 5000 bt even the loxinfo says it free.. but I still had to pay the independent installers. If anyone has a cheaper option in Phuket let me know.

2. Take my name off and put my neighbors.

Either way this means we will probably have to downgrade the service. anyone have experience in this?

I will say the service has been good. I lost some emails and emailed them and they called me 2x. I told them it was there fault but in the end it was my fault for changing some setttings at work ..etc.
