Phuket - Triple T - Internet connexion doesn't work well

Hi there,

I'm staying in Patong, Phuket in an appartment with a wifi internet connexion provided by Triple T. It has been a week now since the connexion started to experiment some massive failures. My landlord asked the company what went wrong and they said it was due to an excessive usage. However, I dont think that anybody in the building is excessively ussing the connexion and I was wondering if any of you guys had the same issues with this company.

Is it a decent company anyway ?
