I see on the Phuket News part of the Forum they are raising the rates on Municipal water. Pretty funny considering all the threads about how poor the water is and how often it stops. Makes me think of VAT, 'Value Added Tax", what value(?), where is the value(?), sort of the same pay more theory really get nothing for the extra charges.

Anyway, question along these water lines, well maintenance. Looked in mine yesterday, whole bunch of roots and B.S., I think I need someone to jump in there and clean it out. You guys know of any companies or people who can do that? Got any idea of cost?
