Once again something has hit the barrier at the entrance of the flyover.

I heard the crash but didn't see what happened. There were no vehicles parked in the area.

Is that a new barrier? it looks rather less war torn than I remember.

Poor welds caused by freezing conditions?

This is on the other side from the previous accident. Just in front of where the Japanese embassy used to be.

Don't think we are at the freezing conditions which will cause ductile/brittle transition in a weld LOL
