I've not seen an actual GF branded unit, but there are lots of work-alikes of varying quality to make striped sausages and steaks.

do they have 220v ones ?

You can find used ones in the USA at every yard sale it seems , they sold tons of them but not many people used them more than once or twice , but they are all 110v

one very neat thing they also sold is a roasting pot

it makes great roasted chicken , as the top and bottom plates are both heated , not many were sold compared to the grill

I used mine so much that I wore out the first one and had to buy a new one! Much different taste than grilling over a fire, but still delicious.

Just be advised that it is very much easier to clean when it is still warm.
