It's located on busy Nanai Road. Last time I passed by (yesterday) there was a big FOR SALE banner. 2,500 baht/day seems a bit pricey for a jumped up guesthouse, but I suppose it is high season. Must admit I thought it closed it's doors yet again. Was known by another name when it was built years ago. But closed and boarded up for a few years, Then opened again as Kellys about 2 years ago.

Go up Soi Baanzan and turn left onto Nanai Road. It's just up on the hill.

I've never stayed there, and I don't know anyone who has, so I can not comment.

You can see the FOR SALE sign and the image was taken November 2011. Looks like they are still open for guests, so no worries. I know some folks who stayed there last year. No complaints, but they thought it was expensive.

I just love some of the responses to complaining guests!! Some of us Corporate Wonks cannot dare to say even a quarter of his replies . But.... he owns it so he can say what he likes.

In fairness, I have read total bullsh!t on some reviews also & truly wish I could call them on it but cannot!

1 guest complaining about our spa cleanliness, hotel location & general 2 star review. At the time of her stay the spa was not even operational, we have email records explaining our location & the need for transport and 3 days ago she checked in again!!

Had a look on tripadvisor and nothing but good reviews
