Bangladesh begins vote amid boycott Voting begins in Bangladesh amid opposition protests that have seen polling stations torched and more than 100 people killed. http://www.bbc.co.uk/ http://www.bbc.co.uk

Is this a test run perhaps for our upcoming elections? Reckon Jutuporn may well like these tactics, right up the Red Shirts street judging by their past performances.

What Jatuporn is doing is encouraging Thai citizens to use their democratic right to vote for whatever government they want! And the best the haters here can come up with are some stupid comments about the picture in the OP!!w00t.gif

If a majority of the Thai people want to see the country run by the Shins and their cronies, it is their choice!

They then have the government, they deserve!

If the government they have choosen continue to rob the country blind or bring it to the brink of bankrupcy, then they have to live with the consequenses of having made a bad choice.

And hopefully choose wiser next time??whistling.gif

IMO the solution is not madman Sutheps "peoples council"!

But that is just me!coffee1.gif

Consider this, if you knew that a certain critical component of an engine on an airplane was bad, would you let people fly in it? But you say nothing and do nothing and it crashes. Now if you had the entire fleet with that same problem. Do you think it will crash again? Or you could come up with the clever idea of fixing it in mid flight.

How's Jauporn's mother doing these days?

Has he still abandoned her to her life of poverty?

And is she still admonishing him for his bad behavior and imploring him to stop it?

Poor woman. Shame on Jatuporn. May he be a worm in his next life.

Most Political leaders throughtout history have displayed at least some of the following, and sourrounded themselves with others who did have, what they were missing.

attrative physical attributes

charisma

intellectual capability/achievment

political experience

military or business success

brutal tendencies

Jutaporn seemly lacks all of these, with the possible exception of the last one. He would probably fit in well with one of those 10 on 1 gang street fights.

The sad part is the majority of the present PT leadership seems to copy this assesment of qualification, by displaying none or maybe one of the redeeming qualities. As the leaders/cabinet, etc appear to be PT's "pick of the litters", I see no hope of it getting better with them in power.
