Best Pre Paid Internet Package

Featured Replies

I am looking for a good prepaid package where I can download lots of stuff (unlimited downloads) with good speed.

Presently I am using a dongle DTAC but it drops out a lot and speed not so good.

Any suggestions?

I am using a true per paid air card 400 baht for 1 gig month

the service is spotty although i never use up the 1 g

so good q

thanks for posting

I think, no matter what, WIFI or air card i am sharing bandwidth with all of pattaya on some level.

It helps sometimes to turn off the wireless and/or disconnect and reconnect the air card.

AIS 900.--/mth. package. OK for my Mobil device, but slow compared to my 30MB & 60MB Fiber in my homes. Need to get at TUKOM/BIG C/LOTUS AIS-outlet first time to activate. Good luck. MS>

True 1 month 899 baht package 5gb downloads. Still get a reasonable speed once you have used up the 5gb

3G/phone services are unsuitable for this sort of thing as they are all capped. You should be looking at a wired connection (ADSL, cable, fibre) or (if you are in a zone covered by them) a wifi connection such as the one offered by True though this does require reconnection every couple of hours.

I just had to swap to the ais 425b or thereabouts 1gb per month and unlimited after but at very slow speeds......sucks big ones and used the 1gb in first 2 days.

Dtac works best in Pattaya are imo. Unlimited speed up to 4gb then reduced to 384kb. But dont expect a fast download. I am watching tv with 3g speed and it works ok.
