tm 7 form asking for tm6 number

i am filling a tm7 form for a tourist visa extension and the form asks for your tm6 number.

my departure card does not have a number on it. Would there be any problems at Pattaya immigration or not.

Your departure card DOES have a number on it. They all do. Have a closer look.

EDIT: The new cards have a smaller number than the older cards. Under the barcode, RH top corner.

Found it they have stamped over the bar code and its not easy to see . thanks guys

Hi. Not sure when they changed their TM.6 form, but I arrived on 31 DEC 2013 (11 days ago)

and still had the old TM.6 card with Number and BarCode in the Top Right corner

Must have been before 7 JUL 2013 when I last entered Thailand and was given a TM6 on the flight as per the first example.

However, apart from the number/barcode being relocated and the different shades of blue, both examples look pretty much the same to me!

Hi mine had the bar code also but immigration stamped over it and you can not see the TM6 number.
