20 Jan; DBD Office Open? List Govt Office Closures ( Or Openings)

Anyone know if the Dept Business Development office ( where we get tax and other business papers for visas and Work Permits ) in Phuket town near the Phuket Provincial Employment Office is open this Monday 20th?

Other departments or offices pertinent to expat life;

-I know the PPEO is closed, ( but operating a WP renewal desk in Big C , 3rd floor near bowling center. )

- The Revenue Department in Thalang at the District Govt centre was open Friday and wasn't at all busy. There were noisy protestors earlier in the week just outside the entrance on route 402, weren't blocking the way- but they were gone by Friday.
