Using imported and local spring/summer seasonal ingredients, Mario Hekke – Chef/owner of Sa Sal Restaurant, in Porto Cristo, Mallorca – will bring you the astonishing flavours of his hometown and the finest dining experience. Chef Mario will serve special Mediterranean classics, such as his well-known accompaniment for lunch and dinner “Pa Amb Oli” – bread with olive oil, garnished with jamon iberico, rocket salad, tomato pesto, parmesan and pine nuts – and many more splendid and delicately created dishes.
