Anyone ever tried importing fruit tree (citrus) cuttings for grafting on to rootstock into Thailand or where I could get any info on regulations or problems.

I believe that all oranges are hybrids. I don't think there was originally an orange. I think it is a cross between two other fruits. If so, the seeds wouldn't bear true to kind. You'd need the cuttings for grafting, or the young trees.

I don't know what the OP means by "citrus," but most of the better citrus varieties are also hybrids.
