we are looking at a list price = 25K baht laptop ,

I have found it a couple of places for 22K baht

is there any place that would give a bigger discount in BKK or ???? We can pay in cash if that matters

its a Thai model with Thai keyboard and windows, so not one we can buy in HongKong or SIN

Why Asus? I have owned two differant devices made by them and both were plauged with problems. I would never own another item made by them.

I would suggest going to Parntip plaza, I bought an Acer there last year, the Acer service centre is there as well, don't know if its the same for Asus.
