webfact Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 30 injured in Chiang Mai crashThe NationCHIANG MAI: -- Thirty people were injured when a tour bus collided with a van yesterday in Chiang Mai's San Sai district.The accident occurred at noon when the bus, carrying 24 Chinese tourists, emerged from the Mae Khao Intersection tunnel and crashed into a van carrying four European passengers on a nearby ring road.Police found the wrecked and overturned bus and the wrecked van in the middle of road. The vehicles were carrying European and Chinese passengers,the police were frightened that they would have to speak English.
