I order all my SMD and other components for several years from element14 Thailand. Very quick delivery and service and fairly reasonable prices and very complete inventory of all standard components in a variety of package types.

you could also try warf.com

i have purchased from them before and was satisfied. The thing I didn't like about element14 was that they didn't have an english version, and though it is fairly easy to find what you want, checkout is a bit difficult.

Element 14 are OK but you deal with an Indian call center. The best we have found is RS Components (The UK company) who has offices and staff here in Thailand who are excellent http://thailand.rs-online.com/web/

You will need to send your company and VAT details to open a trade account though, same with Element 14.

You can use the Singapore site and they work fine and still usually get it shipped from Thailand.
