Kalamata Olives

Yesterday in Rimping near the Airport, I found some large, plump, firm Kalamata olives for a change, and bought 200gm.

Today I mixed half of them with ordinary black olives, capers, basil, garlic, and anchovy, lemon juice and olive oil, messed them up well in the mortar for an absolutely delicious tapenade! Eaten with a glass of Ouzo, I felt as if we were having drinks on Mykonos. Never let it be said there are no good Kalamata olives in Chiang Mai!

how muchious?

Sorry, but I didn't pay attention to the price. When it comes to something I really enjoy, I don't care about the cost.

I pinch my pennies on the things I need, rather than the things I want.
