Bang Tao,Surin areas,Accomodation ,2 months.

Would appreciate some pointers/advice please.

I am looking for a 2 month rental in Bang Tao,Cherngtalay or Surin areas.

Something around 50 sqm,secure,with good internet connection.

I am looking for 2 months from mid March,whats the best way to find a place,is it just a case of driving around or is there a

relevant website ?.

I am looking to pay around 10000-12000 baht/month,is this realistic also ?

Pretty low budget for that area.

In that range, best be here and looking in some of the neighborhoods, you might check the Phuket Gazette classifieds also.

I just did a quick check with a few rental agencies. Cheapest I found in Bang Tao was 38000. Close by in Kamala 36000. Nothing in Surin below 60-70ish. I would find a cheap hotel in that area for a few days and look around on foot. At that price, I don't think it will come with internet or security. Possibly a small (25 sqm) inexpensive guest house would deal for 15k/month.
