Pattaya Rescue Volunteers attend “First Responder” training seminar.

PATTAYA:--On Friday Morning at the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation Headquarters in Banglamung, a 3 day training seminar for over 100 Rescue Volunteers began.

Khun Prasit is the Chairman of the Foundation and with the assistance of Pattaya City Hall arranged the 3 day seminar which will cover all aspects of first response emergency first aid.

I thought "First Responder" training would have been a prerequisite of the job and training would be ongoing?
