Where to watch Premier league football in Buriram

Oops, let's try and finish what i meant to say.

I am near Putthaisong for about a week or so. Want to watch the Norwich v Spurs game in particular on Sunday evening (ko 11pm).

I might be prepared to drive to Buriram to watch the game if its on at any bars or Pubs there.

Of course , somewhere nearer to Putthaisong would be better.
