Hmmm, no, if they were, they will be release. But for all 300+ MP, their crimes are more severe. Let's not worry about the PDRC, they are merely doing their civil duty by exposing the government of their crimes. Look at the Rice Scheme. 1.4million farmers unpaid for 6 months. Oh my...you really believe that's what it's all about, don't you? Just a protest against corruption? If it were, AND the PDRC would have picked a more believable crystal clean leader instead of a man that has been involved in numerous corruption scandals himself, most of the country would have been behind the protests. Unfortunately, corruption is a cultural phenomenon in Thailand that no party has a monopoly on, no matter how hard they try and make it into a political issue. This protest is all about a fight over power and money. Wake up.

But the army has already been given a 'free pass' on all that, by the current government, you may form your own view on how correct that was ? No doubt there were over-riding reasons for that decision, like wanting to stay in-power after having won the 2011-election, a decision/negotiation above the PM's pay-grade many might suspect.

Agreed but then PTP shouldn't go on about the Dems being in the pocket of the military, because as soon as the PTP get in power, they jump straight in too. Doesn't matter what the justification is, self preservation or otherwise, in the pocket is in the pocket.

Suthep has many things to answer for. Trying to bring down an elected government, Inciting the population to revolt,thus causing unnecessary deaths. If it was not for him, these people would all be alive today. Using armed guards in a public place, getting those armed guards to snatch a woman off the streets of Bangkok and beating up an off duty policeman, stopping free passage in the streets of Bangkok, attempting to disrupt an election which had been approved by HRH, thus going directly against HRH wishes and approval. Threatening the current PM, not to mention his corrupt actions whilst the Agricultural Minister and Deputy PM., i.e. theft of government land on Samui and Phuket, his attempt to kill off Democracy and replace with a Fascist dictatorship under his direction. And so on. This is only the "tip of the iceberg"

He is nothing but a Fascist Bully Boy whom Thailand can do without.
