To date no rebate received.

Could be the govt situation is delaying payments, maybe the money diverted to rice payments, maybe normal time frame.

AFAIK there are no structural problems with the rebate, if there were I'm sure it would have been all over the news and TV.

This means that I think either you're simply unlucky and they're a bit late, although 3 months seems a lot, but when was the paperwork accepted and filed?, or something has gone wrong with either the payment or the application.

Received "our" rebate 12 months after "we" took delivery of the car (a slack 90,000 Baht straight into the knicker draw never to be seen again).

It's in her bank and she is not telling you, it's called being scammed.

The query was simply to ascertain if the delay is widespread.She can pursue it.

Just for the record, my wife got an SMS this morning to advise that XXXX amount has been deposited to her account as the rebate.

Seems the 12 months period may apply from when the permanent number plates issued, not the delivery date and red plate use..
