Back-up camera problems

A couple of weeks ago my back-up camera went straight from working fine to giving me a picture like this:

As you can see you can just about make out what's going on in the left side of the picture, but the right side is completely white. It doesn't seem to be a screen problem, as the picture is OK when the back-up camera is not on (when I'm not in reverse gear). Would anyone care to venture a guess as to what the problem might be (broken sensor?), and what I would be looking at to have it repaired?

If anyone knows of a good and reasonably priced shop in Lamphun that can deal with the problem, that will be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.
