tgeezer
Its refered to as ความลาด in the description of this ลู่วิ่งไฟฟ้า model. http://www.fitnessbh.com/product.php?pid=9 It seems to be written English style; ความลาดชัน inclined platform/ floor . I see ปรับ for ความเร็ว and since the model you show is automatic that would do wouldn't it. However if it is a platform which you have to set maybe ตั้ง would be the word. กรรมวิธีตั้งความลาดชันเสีย I have only found กรรมวิธี in the TL.com dictionary looking for 'the means of', I haven't checked it with the RID so not sure it is correct.
