Been trying to upgrade my iPad OS with no success. Does anyone know of any shops who can do this for me?

Try the Apple resellers in Central 3rd floor or Tukcom Ground Floor, one of them should be able to help. Or just try the installation again. I have been having similar problems on an iPad 2 with ios 7.0.6 not installing but after the timely reminder from your post I just tried again and it worked.

A great place for anything computer-related is Liberty computer north of Pattaya Klang on 3rd Road.

English speaking and undoubtedly more knowledgeable than any sales clerk in a computer shop. If it's some simple advice, they probably won't charge.
