Driving from Pattaya today observed this truck carrying barrels with what seem to be corrosive content, stacked 4 high. There's also a platform that extends about 3 meters past the truck's deck (can't really tell it from the picture angle).

Barrels strapped with a skinny rope and already started leaning to the left. Hope they're empty as I don't believe he'll make it to wherever he's going.

Maybe they are empty. As empty barrels also need transporting
