Annual Auto Tax/Registration & Change of Title

Does anyone know how is the annual auto tax/registration is calculated for a used 4 door truck? How much is the fee for the change of vehicle title (I'm leaving the country and giving my vehicle as a gift to my cousin)?

Road tax is calculated based on vehicle type, number of seats, vehicle weight and vehicle age - so no one answer other than: same or less than last year.

If giving it as a gift, just declare the sale value as 100 Baht.. not much stamp duty to pay on that amount
