Can you recommend a good quality room to rent in Surin (Issan)?

I'm looking for a good quality room to rent in central Surin that has wifi, air con and cable Tv with English channels. Can you assist?

Majestic appartments, near the speed disco (or a 5 minutes drive from the main bus station)

I think you need to pay for at least 1 month, when I stayed there about 3 years ago it was 5500 b a month

Elephant village clean and the biggest I ever saw in Thailand for only 400 baht around 3 times bigger for the price then in Samui!

For this size you would pay 3000 baht!

If you try a google search using 'surin appartments' you will find a web site that deals exclusively with accommodation available in Surin. They list a number of appartments within Surin City. I think wi-fi and air con can be found in many if not most of the appartments listed. As to finding an appartment that offers cable TV with English channels I am sorry but I can't help you there.

Majestic Twin is better and nearer to Speed Disco (if that floats yer boat)

A fine option is the new condo's (TK mansion) located right next to the Surin night markets- theres a soi (laneway) in between Prim cafe and the Seoul bakery. Its a newly built 3 level building with quality rooms- all with attached bathroom. All furniture is new and stylish and every room has a balcony. All rooms have the fast LAN internet, air con and modern bathroom. It has good security and washing machine downstairs. ph 09 2092 2631
