If she is going to police to get the pic removed, no one can use her as a public whipping boy, for their officially sanctioned paranoid fantasies about sex pictures causing the decay of Thai society. And it IS illegal under the neo-calvinist Thai laws on nudity, so she is preventing her-own prosecution for the pic. As to free press. While "there is no such thing as Bad Press", in the Hollywood concept, she clearly is; still gorgeous, still getting modelling work, and appears dressed like she is far from starving. Because I was surprised to learn sometime ago that porn is illegal in Thailand so Im wondering If she needed to take a stance on this to make her position clear that is in case of legal ramifications.. Nah. He had no contract that stipulates if he gets blind drunk and behaves like a total <deleted>, that he has to preview all of the photos prior to publication. I think in fact there must be a <deleted> clause in these kinds of cases.
