KarenBravo
I don't drive cars, so, my license is just for a motorbike. I only remember one of the questions as it sticks in my mind for it's stupidity. In the motorcycle test:- When finished parking your car, how far should the wheels be away from the curb? a. 15 cm b. 20 cm c. 25 cm

No, if no WP you don't need copy of lease or landlord's ID or copy tambien baan but residence certificate or yellow housebook.
aussieinphuket
Guys i also need to renew my 5 year license in august 2015. i heard they were only issuing now 1 year. but a friend of mine who lived here for about same period of time went to Phuket License department to renew. they said 1 year and he asked and argued for 5 years as he lives here all the time. they eventually gave him a new 5 year license.. has anyone also been told 1 year or are others also getting 5 year renewals. many thanks .. Basically: on extension of stay or long term visa: long term DL, on short term stay: short term DL.
