Subtitles for The Berlin File

Looking for some help please.

I have the movie The Berlin File on my laptop and the movie is in the Korean language.

How do I obtain English subtitles for this movie and once obtained how do I add them to the move?

I am using VLC media player.

Any helpful replies are most appreciated.

Not sure where to download the subtitles but once you have them just okay the movie and drag the subtitle file in to vlc and it will work :-)

The subtitle file must have the same name as the movie file, the only difference will be the type of file. The movie may be .avi and the subs will be .srt.

Place the sub file in the same folder as the movie and then choose the sub from Subtitles menu of VLC player.

There's a free app for Windows called Sublight that does it all for you. Renames the subtitle to match you movie file name and tells you the quality of each subtitle file.in a points/5 scale. I'd only use the 5 star subtitles. They have your movie on there as well. VLC will display them after that.

VLC will play movies in many different formats, including mkv and mp4. If the subtitle (srt) file has the same name, it might even come up automatically. If not, just go to the menu Video, scroll down to subtitles, and open file.
