Best way to mail from Bangkok to USA

I have some important documents to mail to an insurance company in the USA from Bangkok. The address is a PO Box which I believe limits my options, given that Fedex and DHL don't deliver to a PO Box. I'd welcome some ideas about how to best go about this from those of you who have been in the same situation. Much thanks.

I always ask the receiver to email me the address without PO Box so that I can use the courier.

I just snailed in my medical insurance claim to the U.S. last month, used Thai Post Registered mail, still has tracking and less expensive than EMS. Looks like it made it.

Thai Post EMS works fine...it unfortunately delivered my CA tax return quite successfully to Sacramento!
