CCTV footage collected from Pitsanulok town centre is being studied by the police officers to identify the man.

In spite of using the flash, it's reported that the photos were extremely underexposed; and the prints could be enlarged only to the size of thumbnails.

Both suspects have been charged with indecent exposure and set to be fined at 5,000 baht for their offence. However, the police agreed to decrease their fines to 500 baht per person.

Mr. Chartchai and Mr. Warot were also escorted to a shrine where they prayed to local spirits, begging for their forgiveness lest the spirits had been offended by their improper behaviour.

The punishment was the same as the 19 yr old Thai got for stabbing a 70 year old farang last month, after they brushed past eachother in the street.

You are correct but that was back in the 1800s on any UK beach but times have moved on, possibly wrongly. I am surprised the duty mod has not pulled this thread under the ruling of advertising on behalf of the ladyboys

I remember reading, just a few years ago, that males in Thailand couldn't go topless in public or on streets. I wish they would arrest the people that threw water at me and my girlfriend when we were heading out for dinner at 8pm on the night of the 11th April. Oh, yeah, we were on a motorbike. But seriously, does throwing water on traffic when it is not songkran count as some kind of offense/crime? I mean, if I throw water at motorbikes in January for example,, where is the line drawn? what hours / days is it legal to disturb traffic in this manner?
