Had sex with bar girl and condom broken... Damn. This girl was not professional sex worker though so I didnt pay any money for her. She didnt even really drink alcohol so i bought her one drink and thats it (what kind of bar worker is that?) but since she was so willing to go with me it is very likely she has history with many other guys. I think the risk in my case is really low but I have such a week mind when it comes to this matter... Going to be fricking long 3 months unless i manage to drag the girl to test first. Likewise there would be no symptoms at this stage bar rampaging paranoia. For anyone that does get HIV apparently MMS (Google it) has cured many in Africa with Jim Humbles free programs. An amateur bar/sex worker who's apparently not very good at the commercial aspects of the business. But anyway: don't worry too much. Watch for any symptoms (of typical STDs) and possibly get tested at some point down the line, but again I wouldn't be too concerned. If you do want to ask her to get tested (in which case you should go together) then it would be a really good opportunity to give her 1500 baht or so. Don't forget that she will have similar concerns to yours, and offering to get her tested (as well as get yourself tested for her peace of mind) may be a nice thing to do, as well as an opportunity to make good on the earlier freeloading. (I don't mean that in a bad way, but she does need money to live and pay the rent, and buying her a Fanta didn't contribute significantly to her cost of living.) MMS does not cure HIV, if it did the whole world would want it, It sounds more like s scam , it claims to cure Malaria and maybe it helps against some diseases but its not a miracle cure. Even with high Uric acid levels, if you keep well hydrated and avoid certain foods (especially pate for example) which bring it on, then you can easily avoid gout. They actually have their own doctor who specializes in HIV and has done for sometime now. Other places seems to be subcontracting just any old healthcare worker with no real experience.
