Re enable java script

I changed some of the security settings on this computer, and now I keep getting this when I click on ThaiVisa

Javascript Disabled Detected

You currently have javascript disabled. Several functions may not work. Please re-enable javascript to access full functionality.

However, the help function on my computer doesn't show anything, and I can't find anything related.

Some advice please.

My OS is windows 7.

Another forum I use was also messed up, so I put everything back to default settings and that message has now disappeared.

My computer is really slow now though, so hope it's just the internet connection or something and not a permanent problem.
